These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MealSnap mobile application ("App") provided by Emmanqubic ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using MealSnap, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
MealSnap is an AI-powered nutrition tracking application that allows you to photograph food to estimate nutritional content, track calories and macros, log water intake and exercise, and monitor your health goals. The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers.
You must create an account to use MealSnap. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Free Tier: Includes 3 food scans per day, 7 days of meal history, calorie and macro tracking, water tracking, and exercise logging.
Premium Tier: Unlocks unlimited food scans, full meal history, progress photos, data export, and an ad-free experience.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
MealSnap uses artificial intelligence to analyze food photos and estimate nutritional content. AI estimates are approximations based on visual analysis and should not be considered medically accurate.

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App (food photos, meal logs, exercise logs, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. We do not use your content for advertising or sell it to third parties.

MealSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
MealSnap is not a substitute for professional nutritional, medical, or health advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes based on AI nutritional estimates.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. If you are located in the European Economic Area, consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply. For all other users, any disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the jurisdiction where Emmanqubic operates.
