Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AuraVision mobile application ("App") provided by Melusi Mncwango ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AuraVision, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AuraVision is a personal development application that provides vision board creation, AI coaching, habit tracking, journaling, and affirmation features. The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use AuraVision. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier: Includes limited access to vision boards (1), habits (3), and AI coach messages (5/day).

Premium Tier: Unlocks unlimited vision boards, unlimited habits, 50 AI messages/day, 50 AI-generated images/month, journal insights, and advanced analytics.

Pricing:

• Monthly: $9.99/month
• Annual: $79.99/year

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

5. AI-Powered Features

AuraVision uses artificial intelligence to provide coaching, generate affirmations, analyze journal entries, and create images. AI responses are generated automatically and should not be considered professional advice (medical, psychological, financial, or otherwise). The AI coach is designed for motivational and inspirational purposes only.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App (vision boards, journal entries, habits, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. We do not use your content for advertising or sell it to third parties.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or access controls
• Interfere with the App's operation or other users' experience
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App's source code

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated images created through the App may be used by you for personal purposes.

9. Disclaimers

AuraVision is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI responses will be accurate or suitable for any specific purpose
• The App will achieve any particular results for manifestation or personal growth

AuraVision is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, or financial advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
