AuraVision ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the AuraVision mobile application ("App").

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the information you authorize those services to share.

User Content: We store the content you create within the App, including vision boards, habits, journal entries, AI coach conversations, and affirmations.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including features used, session duration, and general usage patterns.

Purchase Information: Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation of your subscription status through RevenueCat but do not store payment card details.

Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for analytics and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the App's features and functionality
To personalize your experience, including AI coach responses and affirmations
To process and manage your subscription
To improve and optimize the App
To communicate with you about updates or support
To ensure the security of your account

3. AI-Powered Features

AuraVision uses AI services (Google Gemini and DeepSeek) to power the AI coach, generate affirmations, analyze journal entries, and create images. Your messages and content are sent to these services for processing. AI providers may process this data according to their own privacy policies. We do not use your content to train AI models.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Storage). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and access controls.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Service Providers: Firebase (data storage), RevenueCat (subscription management), Google Gemini and DeepSeek (AI processing)
Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Delete your account and all associated data
Export your data
Opt out of analytics

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

AuraVision is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.
